Briefpa was born in Brisbane from a simple frustration: sending files to clients felt impersonal and forgettable.

As a freelance designer, I'd spend weeks perfecting a brand identity, only to send the final files via a generic file transfer service or, worse, an email attachment with "Here are the files!" as the only message.

There had to be a better way—something that matched the care and craft I put into the work itself. So I built Briefpa: a tool that turns every file handover into an experience. A moment of reveal. A touch of ceremony.

We're not trying to replace Dropbox or Google Drive. We're not building a project management tool or a DAM system.

Briefpa has one job: make the moment you deliver your work to a client feel as good as the work itself.

That means beautiful, thoughtful design; fast, friction-free sending; delightful recipient experience; and no feature bloat.
